Asthan Global Overseas & Mobility

Structured workforce and mobility-process coordination

This operating division supports defined workforce requirements through organized intake, employer coordination, authorized candidate-process communication, documentation support, tracking, and mobility-process follow-through. Decisions remain with the responsible employers, candidates, advisers, providers, and government authorities.

Coordination begins after the requirement, responsible parties, and Asthan Global’s authorized role are understood.

Audience pathways

Coordination shaped around defined roles

Different participants need different information. The relevant track depends on whether an authorized organization is defining a requirement or a candidate is already participating in an approved process where Asthan Global has a stated coordination role.

Employer or authorized organization track

For an authorized representative with a defined workforce requirement, coordination may include:

  • Requirement intake and scope clarification
  • Process communication and documentation coordination
  • Responsibility identification, tracking, and open-item follow-through
  • Screening-process or applicable onboarding coordination where approved

Authorized candidate-process track

For candidates already participating in an approved process, support may include authorized instructions, communication, document-status coordination, scheduling or screening-process coordination where approved, and process updates within scope.

Participation does not promise selection, a job, employment, placement, a visa, a permit, entry, or another third-party outcome.

Candidates should follow established instructions and should not send sensitive documents through an unverified general channel.

Coordination scope

A defined scope for coordinated follow-through

The division organizes agreed activities and information flows. Its role is established for each requirement rather than assumed.

Transparent sequence

How the coordination process works

Work begins only after the requirement and Asthan Global’s coordination role are understood. Activities remain conditional on authorization, complete information, responsible-party participation, and external dependencies.

  1. Define the requirement

Identify the organizational need, authorized contact, intended scope, timing considerations, and known dependencies.

  2. Confirm the coordination role

Clarify what Asthan Global may coordinate and what remains with employers, candidates, advisers, providers, or authorities.

  3. Organize the process

Establish appropriate information needs, communication points, documentation requirements, and responsible parties.

  4. Track and communicate

Coordinate approved activities, surface open items, and communicate status without presenting estimates as guaranteed outcomes.

  5. Support applicable next steps

Coordinate authorized follow-through or onboarding-related communication where relevant and within the agreed scope.

Responsibility framework

Responsibilities remain with the appropriate parties

The framework below distinguishes coordination activity from employment decisions, personal participation decisions, specialist advice, provider activity, and regulatory authority.

Asthan Global
ResponsibilityCoordinates the agreed process scope, communication, documentation support, tracking, and follow-through.
Employer or authorized organization
ResponsibilityDefines requirements and retains its employment, selection, commercial, and internal approval decisions.
Candidate
ResponsibilityProvides accurate information through approved channels, follows authorized instructions, and makes personal participation decisions.
Qualified adviser or service provider
ResponsibilityProvides any regulated or specialist advice within its own engagement and authority.
Government or regulatory authority
ResponsibilityIndependently determines visas, permits, immigration status, entry, and other government outcomes.

Boundaries and dependencies

Clear scope. Visible dependencies.

Coordination can support an organized process, but it cannot replace employer or candidate decisions, professional advice, provider actions, or independent government determinations.

  • Asthan Global does not provide legal or immigration advice and is not a law firm, immigration counsel, embassy, consulate, or government authority.
  • Employment, selection, hiring, compensation, and onboarding completion decisions remain outside Asthan Global’s authority.
  • Visa, permit, immigration-status, entry, embassy, and government decisions are made independently by the responsible authorities.
  • Timing and next steps may depend on complete information, participant responsiveness, adviser or provider actions, employer decisions, and government processes.
  • No page content should be interpreted as a promise of a job, placement, employment, visa, permit, entry, approval, or completed onboarding.
